Services, welche in der ServiceCollection als Singleton registriert werden, dürfen erst beim bauen des ServiceProviders initialisiert werden.
Die sorgt dafür, dass die Services nicht mehr in Reihenfolge der abhängigkeiten registriert werden müssen.
